Message	Did the quick fedex quote at home said shipping should be around $30. Went to fedex with my own box packed up and ready to go. I said it had a "declared" value of $200 and was being shipped to someone I don't know or non family member. The guy asked what was inside and I said car parts. He got the postal code asked how I wanted to pay and said it would be $202 for shipping. I said he was crazy. Soon how do I denote it as a gift? I can't put $0 for declared value can I?
